Sophomore first baseman Erin Mayes hit .444 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championshp to lead the Crusaders to the tournament title and a bid to the NAIA National Championship.

Mayes posted seven runs batted in during the four-game tournament and hit a grand slam against Siena Heights in a 12-1 Madonna win.
