Senior forward Eoghann Stephens tied the Madonna University men's basketball single-game blocked shots record with seven against Concordia on Jan. 19.
Stephens leads the NAIA with 64 total rejections this season and needs just nine more to pass Geoff Gaylor's single-season record of 72 blocks set during the 2010-11 season.
Thus far in his career, Stephens has 124 total blocks, good for second in the MU career record book. Mike Maryanski (1994-97, 1998-99) holds the career mark with 186 rejections.
