LIVONIA, Mich. (MadonnaCrusaders.com) - - The Madonna University men's soccer team wraps up its season opening two-game road trip on Thursday with a 4pm match at Huntington University.

The Crusaders opened the 2010 season under first-year Head Coach Eric Scott on Sunday (Aug. 22) with a 2-0 win at Viterbo. MU dominated possession in the season opener, outshooting VU 27-17 while holding an 11-5 edge in shots on goal.

Huntington comes into Thursday's match with a 0-1 record after falling 1-0 to No. 23-ranked Indiana Tech on Monday night. The Warriors scored the game's only goal early in the second half to open their season with a win.

Following the match against the Foresters, the Crusaders open the home slate with a Saturday match against the University of Windsor. Game time at Greenmead Field is set for 2pm, following the Crusader women's match against the Lancers.
