LIVONIA, Mich. (MadonnaCrusaders.com) - - Born and raised in the inner city of Detroit, Bryant George, 22, decided to make a difference, and take full advantage of the endless opportunities that were made available to him.

George, a senior at Madonna University, is only weeks away from graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice. He was blessed with the opportunity to intern with three major law-enforcement agencies: the U.S. Marshalls, the United States Secret Service, and the ATF.

All three internships benefited him greatly and added to his experiences and familiarity of the works of criminal justice in the real world.

George stays busy with his current internship at the ATF, while also trying to balance school and cross-country at Madonna. George was originally a part of the Crusader men's basketball team; however, because of the time demanded by the United States Secret Service, he decided to give up basketball and focus on his education.

As the oldest of three brothers, George tries to spend as much time as he can with his family and friends. He enjoys going to Church, playing his brothers in video games, and mentoring inner-city kids in Detroit.

George has extreme confidence that he will land a job with one of the major law-enforcement agencies. His hard work and dedication at Madonna have paid off tremendously, and will help him achieve his dreams and goals.

"For Madonna University's mission statement, ‘Your Success is our Greatest Achievement', and to call this home, I feel very fortunate, and happy to be only 60 days away from graduation," said George. "I hope to have inspired many people here, and look forward to plans that God has for me."
