KANSAS CITY, Mo. - - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national office has announced the pools for the 2015 NAIA Volleyball National Championship and No. 23-ranked Madonna University is in Pool E with play beginning on Dec. 1 at the Tyson Event Center in Sioux City Iowa.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national office has announced the pools for the 2015 NAIA Volleyball National Championship and No. 23-ranked Madonna University is in Pool E with play beginning on Dec. 1 at the Tyson Event Center in Sioux City Iowa.

The top 11 teams in the final NAIA Coaches' Poll along with host Briar Cliff and the 12 teams that won their opening round matches on Nov. 21 advance to Sioux City for the national summit.

MU is paired with No. 5 Biola, No. 8 and reigning national champion Park as well as No. 18 Evangel. MU takes on Biola at 2 p.m. on Dec. 1 before facing Park at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 2 and will wrap up pool play on Dec. 3 with another 1 p.m. match, this time against Evangel. The top two teams based on record in each pool advance to the single elimination round slated to start on Friday, Dec. 4. The National Championship's semifinals and finals are on Saturday, Dec. 5. Both Biola and Park had byes to the final site while Evangel defeated Our Lady of the Lake in five sets to advance.
